These Ant reproduction swarms consist of females and males, like most other insects males have almost no role in life except to carry on their species!
Some Ants can not sting or bite but will create the same pest problems outside and inside, food can become infested with Ants! Red Ants are a very wide spread pest in the Las Vegas valley with many different native and non native species in and around our homes and businesses!
Fire Ants or Red Ants can be identified by the mounds they construct out of sand, these colonies stick out because of their size! Fire Ant colonies follow the same pheromone Ant trails as other species and trails are very prevalent outside in the warmer months!
